Due to the specific shaping, a solid spruce top, and a sapele back and sides, the VTR800PB has a surprisingly full and defined voice. In designing the Viator, Brett's intention was to build an instrument that authentically recreated the sound of a guitar from the '20s or '30s and, whether picking or strumming, that's exactly what this model does.
